Kathy Smith Schwan

Kathy, is a Reverse Mortgage Specialist. She not only has professional experience helping clients achieve their financial goals using a Reverse Mortgage, she has personally benefited from them as well. Her mother received a fixed rate cash-out Reverse in 2009 in San Diego; Kathy and her husband purchased their dream home in Prescott, AZ with a purchase Reverse in 2013; and her mother-in-law paid off her mortgage in 2015 with a Reverse and received monthly cash benefits in Las Vegas until her recent death. Kathy loves golfing, many times with her clients, and enjoys running ARAMCO’s Prescott, AZ Branch Office.
