Home from ‘Nightmare on Elm Street’ hits market in time for Halloween

The house made famous in the 1984 horror movie ‘Nightmare on Elm Street’ is up for sale. In keeping with the spooky spirit of the property, listing photos show Freddy Krueger in the home’s den, relaxing by the pool and taking a soak in the tub. The property’s listing agents, Heather T. Roy and Learka Bosnak of Douglas Elliman are entertaining offers until midnight on Halloween, according to The Los Angeles Times. The home is currently listed at $3.25 million.

For those looking for a sneak peak at the home, built in 1919, can stop by for some trick-or-treating on October 31. The home features three bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and a guest house.

While the iconic movie was set in the fictitious town of Springwood, Ohio, the legendary house is located in a Los Angeles suburb.
